Welcome to Tapin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tapin mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by DKMA Applications ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Tapin, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tapin. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. Notify us at admin@dkma.online if you suspect unauthorised access.
Tapin provides a martial arts training journal and gym management platform. Features available depend on your subscription tier.
Tapin offers free and paid tiers as described on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the billing period ends.
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts to paid automatically.
Cancel anytime through Apple ID account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.
Admin Pro Max subscriptions are billed directly via Stripe under separate enterprise terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create. You grant us a limited licence to store and display it for Service delivery.
Do not post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory content; content that infringes IP rights; spam or malware; impersonation; or sexually explicit material.
We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
Club creators are responsible for managing content and members in accordance with these Terms.
The Tapin name, logo, design, and related IP are owned by DKMA Applications.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Cancel subscriptions separately via Apple ID settings.
Do not use Tapin illegally, reverse-engineer it, interfere with servers, use bots/scrapers, circumvent security, or collect others' information without consent.
Tapin is provided "as is" without warranties. Training Disclaimer: Tapin is a journal tool, not medical or professional martial arts advice. AI Disclaimer: AI suggestions are informational only — verify with a qualified instructor.
DKMA Applications shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify DKMA Applications from claims arising from your use of Tapin or violation of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue any part of Tapin at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
